Terms of Service
By installing or using Omega Labs you agree to these terms.
Licence
You receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use the app under the plan on your licence key. Do not share, resell or reverse-engineer keys or the app.
Subscriptions and billing
Omega Labs is sold as a monthly or yearly subscription through Stripe. It renews automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your account page; you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for, and renewals stop. Prices are shown before you pay and may change for future renewals with notice by email. Applicable taxes are added at checkout where required.
Refunds
If Omega Labs is not right for you, email [email protected] within 7 days of your first payment and we will refund it in full. Your key will be switched off when a payment is refunded or disputed. After that, payments are not refunded except where the law says so.
Your content
You own what you create. The app does not claim rights over your videos, maps, mods or text.
Plugins and imported files
Plugins and imported files are analysed on your computer. Any safety notes are automated suggestions, not a guarantee. You are responsible for what you install and for following the rules of any service or game you use it with. We do not support cheating.
Third-party services
Features that use Google or YouTube are also subject to the YouTube Terms of Service and Google Privacy Policy.
No warranty
The app is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for lost data, lost revenue or indirect damages. Keep backups of important work.
